Native Tongues の一員として2枚のアルバムを出した Jungle Brothers が、1993年に Warner Bros. から出した3作目。元は Crazy Wisdom Masters という別の題で、Bill Laswell がブルックリンに構えたスタジオ Greenpoint で、Laswell のエンジニアだった Oz Fritz とともに録られていた。そのテープをレーベルが受け取らず、Platinum Island での録り直しと、A Tribe Called Quest や De La Soul を手がけた Bob Power によるミックスを経て、最終的にこの形で発売されている。当初のセッションから残ったのが Spittin Wicked Randomness と For The Headz At Company Z の2曲。先行した 40 Below Trooper はラップ・シングル・チャートの2位まで上がった。カッティングは Chris Gehringer による DMM、マスタリングは Hit Factory。退けられた方のテープが世に出るのは、それから6年後になる。
