James Lavelle と DJ Shadow の UNKLE が、Psyence Fiction のあとに出した12インチ。歌っているのは Stone Roses 解散後の Ian Brown で、表題曲にフィーチャリングとして名を連ねている。1999年4月21日、日本の Toy's Factory から TFJK-37918 として出ており、片面4曲ずつ、計8トラック。A面は原曲に Underdog、KZA & DJ Kent のリミックスが続き、B面は「The Knock On Effect」を置いたうえで Indopepsychics、DJ Assault、The Committee が順に手を入れている。Psyence Fiction 収録の「Celestial Annihilation」はダブ版とリミックス版に分かれ、A面の末尾とB面の末尾に一つずつ振り分けられた。国内の作り手とデトロイトのゲットー・テックの作り手が、同じ盤の裏表に並んでいる。
