Trevor Horn と Paul Morley が離れ、1986年には Gary Langan も抜けて、Anne Dudley と J.J. Jeczalik の二人だけになってからの一枚。1987年9月、China と Chrysalis の連名で出ている。サンプラーだけで組み立てる作り方から離れ、「Debut」では John Georgiadis の指揮のもと弦を中心にした管弦楽を、「How Rapid?」と「Nothing Was Going To Stop Them, Anyway」では18人の合唱団員と聖堂付きの歌い手たちを実際に呼んで録っている。ミックスは Bob Kraushaar と Ted Hayton。76秒しかない B5「Ransom On The Sand」は、のちに Leftfield が1995年の『Leftism』に入れた「Melt」で素材にした。B2「A Day At The Races」は5分5秒。この盤は Ariola の工場で押されたヨーロッパ盤。
