Quark's only record, issued in 1983 on the Italian label New Si-Re in the Qdisc format — a twelve-inch with two tracks a side, introduced by RCA Italiana in 1980 to sell more music than a single at half an album price. A seven-piece, with Sandro Cerino on alto saxophone and bass clarinet, Andrea De Grandis on keyboards and Giancarlo Brambilla on guitar; Lino Di Somma handles vocals and harmonica. Titles like "Spyro Magic" and "Miles" place the reference points squarely in American fusion of the period. Four tracks moving between jazz-funk and disco, built on layered horns and keys. Rare on the world market.
