Every record at Music Forecast is second-hand. Each one is inspected individually and graded to the Goldmine standard, so please read how we grade before ordering.
When we accept a return
Two cases only: damage in transit, and the wrong item being sent. Beyond these, a record that matches its stated grade is not returnable.
Return window
Contact us within 5 days of the item arriving.
Return shipping
For a defective item, Music Forecast covers the cost. Within Japan, send it back cash on delivery (着払い).
