American jazz organist and pianist Doug Carn is known as a key figure in spiritual jazz and one of the artists representing the Strata-East label. His debut album, Infant Eyes, released in 1971, featured the soulful vocals of his wife Jean Carn. Through the title track by Wayne Shorter and other original compositions, deep emotion and rich harmonies are woven into this spiritual jazz masterpiece.
