This 12-inch, released in 2017 by Jazzy Sport, is from Dedication, a Japanese-English mixed project featuring Felix Dickinson, a key figure in the UK underground, Tsuyoshi Kosuga from Cro-Magnon, Keita Y Mikey, and Botch. The title track, "It's A Dedication," is a superb modern boogie/disco house track with a thick, bouncy bass, light guitar, and soulful vocals. The B-side, "Night People," is more mellow and exudes a nocturnal charm. This is a crossover record typical of Jazzy Sport, where UK leftfield disco and the jazz/funk sensibilities of the Cro-Magnon scene naturally intersect. Both tracks also include instrumental versions, making it DJ-friendly.
