Stevie Kotey, in particular, is a significant figure in UK leftfield disco, having co-run Bear Entertainment with Dean Meredith of Chicken Lips and later establishing Bear Funk. The title track, "The Mysterious Cities Of Delay," is a slow-mo disco track where sticky bass, raw disco grooves, and dubby effects eerily intertwine.
