This is the fifth installment (2010) in the 10-inch series from Edinburgh's Firecracker Recordings, featuring screen-printed jackets. The five tracks by Ukraine's Vakula move between deep house that utilizes dusty samples and tape warble, and downtempo in the 90 BPM range. The soft grooves of "Black & White" and "You Can Do" are particularly good. One of the key releases from Vakula's early period, and it comes with a printed inner sleeve. The condition is near mint, with shrink wrap.
