This is the original 2014 pressing (black vinyl) of Yagya's "Sleepygirls," a triple vinyl album released by Delsin in 2014, by Icelandic artist Aðalsteinn Guðmundsson. Featuring 12 consecutive tracks titled "Sleepygirl," the work extends the time just before sleep, with deep, resonant dub techno blending with breathy female vocals and rain sounds. It is highly regarded as one of the most lyrical advancements in dub techno since Basic Channel, and the vinyl, pressed in limited quantities, has long been difficult to obtain. The spacious sound pressure, spread across six sides, is a unique characteristic of this format that cannot be achieved with CDs or digital versions.
