This 10-inch record, released in 2015, is the first in the Edits Des Amateurs series. Side A, "Talking About Togetherness," is an extended edit of Ghanaian band Edikanfo's "Nka Bom" (1981, EG Records), produced by Brian Eno, stretching the blissful afro-disco vibe to nearly seven minutes for the dancefloor. Side B features two shorter edits focusing on rhythm and funk. This is part of a handmade, limited series of 200 copies (this particular record is a repress marked "RP/200"). With the original Edikanfo record being highly sought after and expensive, this release is valued by DJs as a practical tool. The jacket has a tear.
