This double album was released in 2002 by Hanna (aka Warren Harris) on Brett Dancer's Track Mode label. It's a highly musical work that incorporates jazz harmony and improvisational sensibilities into a deep house format, combining delicate keyboard, bass, and drum programming with his own live drums. It contains 8 tracks including "Hajra," "Quiet Place," "Spirit Logical," and "Basquiat," and while they are club tracks, the album has an introspective depth that makes it enjoyable to listen to all the way through. This is one of Hanna's representative works, where the spirit of Detroit/Chicago black deep house and jazz are naturally connected, and it is also an important record for exploring US deep house in the early 2000s.
