Lloyd "Bullwackie" Barnes left Trench Town for New York in 1967 and in 1976 started Wackie's in the Bronx, building a studio sound whose lo-fi character came partly from working on a tight budget. Horace Andy recorded some of his most loved work there, and this 10" pairs him with fellow singer Naggo Morris. It is laid out showcase-style: each of the four songs is followed directly by its dubwise version, so "Prophesy", "My Heart Is Gone", "Come On And Tell Me" and "You Rest On My Mind" each arrive twice — once sung, once stripped and opened up. All produced by Bullwackie. This is the 2001 German reissue from the Basic Channel-run series that has kept Wackie's catalogue, logo and label design in circulation.
