The Italian pressing of the Frippertronics album Robert Fripp issued on Editions EG in 1981. As the sleeve states — "An Album Of Frippertronics" — all six pieces are built purely from the method of layering guitar across two tape recorders. The titles run as years from "1984" to "1989", with the twelve-minute A1 and the eleven-and-a-half-minute B4 the longest. The layers thicken as the playing accumulates: the approach tried with Brian Eno, taken further alone. Sleeve by Danielle Dax.
