A reissue board with numbering from Japan's proud EM Records. The masterpiece 1st album released in 1980, which is described as "Afro Steve Reich". A deep and spiritual meditation work that could only be born in the United States.

Roland P. Young was a DJ / producer at Underground FM in Berkeley, San Francisco in the 1960s and 1970s, and was a person who continued to send music / thought / religion / politics messages alongside musician activities. The Black Panther Party also helped early on (later disputed and stopped supporting their armed struggles). In the early 70's, he was a leader in the infinite sound of spiritual jazz. However, he was dismissed from the FM station due to problems with his words and actions on the radio. During that period, he devoted himself to his musical activities, and after a production period of about two years, he released his 1st solo album "Isophonic Boogie Ugi" in 1980. In his words, this work is a synthesis of electronic / acoustic, ambience, jazz journey, chamber music, minimalism, world music, and their encounters for 25 years since he woke up as a musician. Is exactly what is ringing in one.
