This popular EP was released in 2005 by the Belgian duo Spirit Catcher on the French label Silver Network. It's a prime example of their signature sound, blending elements of boogie and 80s funk into an electro-house and tech-house format.
The EP features three tracks, led by "Polysquasher" with its fat synth bass and bouncing beat, and "Headliner (Live Breaker Mix)" which develops a more live-sounding groove. This is an excellent electro-disco/boogie-house record from the 2000s, masterfully fusing the physicality of funk with electronic textures.
