The Blues Project's second album, "Projections," was released in 1966. Produced by Tom Wilson, it was released by Verve/Folkways and featured a unique sound that incorporated elements of blues, jazz, folk, soul, and psychedelic music. The album was completed with the efforts of the entire band, centered around Al Kooper, who participated in Bob Dylan's "Highway 61 Revisited."
